Company description: We are Russian private ISO 9001-2008 Certified Crewing & Manning Agency Valmars Ltd. with a head office based in Novorossiysk. We are working on crewing market since 1992 and at present operate pool of more than 10000 seafarers. All our seamen are STCW'95 Certified, experienced, English speaking, comply to ISM and IMO standards, with good references. We are approved ISF Marlins Test Centre, English Marlins tests online, CES 4.1 tests, home training are available for approved candidates. We supply in short notice whole crews or individuals for Merchant, Offshore and Passenger fleet for various shipowners/shipmanagers worldwide.
